After the heavy rains new springs appeared all over Tāmaki-makau-rau. Water that enters the ground polluted and impure is percolated and purified before bubbling up through the volcanic aquifers crystal clear and clean. What better inspiration to dance than pure fresh wai.
Clare Battersby is known across the region as Fairy Clare. She has taught a large percentage of children growing up in the Albert Eden ward to find a love of dance and movement. She currently teaches dance for kids at TAPAC.
